A cancellation fee at the price of one session will be charged for less that 24 hours notice.
One to One Personal Training
This can take place at our fully equipped Andover gym, in the comfort of your own home or in a local park.
I will meet up with you for an initial consultation to discuss what you want to achieve and from this we will set goals taking a varied approach to your sessions. I also take into account or advise you on any other training session’s / classes you might take and look at other life style issues you may also wish to address.
Group Personal Training
Taking place at our fully equipped gym, within the comfort of your own home or at an outdoor location you’ll find this is a great way of receiving the benefits of personal training with up to three friends.
I take the same approach as with one to one training assessing what you all want to achieve. I will look at your lifestyles, plan and motivate you to achieve your goals. I also get a very high success rate for groups who are training for an event.
Remote Personal Training
With full personal training via email, phone, and text support, my bespoke remote training is a popular alternative way to train with communication being the key!
We chat over phone or have an initial meeting to set up a plan, schedule and look at goals and lifestyle. From here on I will send you your own bespoke training plan every 2 weeks by email. You can call, email or text me at anytime for advice or support along the way. Feedback is essential every week or so and this helps me to tailor and build your training further. Your schedule is totally bespoke to you, I take into account your work and life commitments and a programme is structured that will enable you to train successfully with the perfect life balance.
Running Analysis & Conditioning
I will personally help with your running technique helping you to be a more efficient runner. I will also help you build a stronger core and upper body incorporating everything into your own requirements, whether you are a recreational runner, or a serious competitor.
There is more to running than just running, sometimes all that is needed is a little tweak to make you reach your goals.
Whether your looking to take this to a serious level or just want to ‘tone up’ for a better body for you, then I can help you with this.
Bodybuilding isn’t just about ‘the weights’, it’s about the technique, rep ranges and intensity of the workout.
Everyone is different, so I will tailor a personal programme tailored to your needs to help you build a better body.
With a clear understanding that some people may like to train with a friend or in a group environment I offer circuit classes as an alternative way to train with me.
Circuit classes are a great way of getting fit but also having fun at the same time. Training in this way can be a great motivator where each circuit class is customised to suit everyone’s needs so you get more from your training whilst achieving better results for your fitness goals.
